Novo Appoints COO to Expand Growth and Sales
Milwaukee (June 18, 2012) – The Novo Group, a fast-growing managed recruitment services firm, announced today the promotion of Jennifer Boerst to the position of Chief Operating Officer. A Novo veteran, Boerst has been with the company since its inception in 2003. Boerst will lead Novo field sales, deliveries, and operations as COO.

Boerst began working with Novo as a junior recruiter in October of 2003 and has gone through several promotions over the nine years she has been with the company. She moved into sales in September of 2004 as Director of Client Solutions, where she successfully managed a wide range of clients and posted $1 M in her first year. As company needs shifted, Boerst stepped into the role of Director of Service and Delivery in December of 2006. Novo’s restructure in 2009 led Jen into a new role as VP of Operations for the entire country, where she played a key part in Novo’s 67% growth last year.
Boerst’s successful past has prepared her to step into her new role as COO as of June 1st. She will be in charge of all field sales, deliveries, and operations for The Novo Group.
