Mike McElherne is the Chief Operating Officer and Practice Leader of Novo Group’s Talent Acquisition area. Mike has over 15 years of experience in executing organizational transformations through acquiring, retaining and developing top talent with the understanding that an organization’s biggest asset is human capital. Under his leadership, Novo’s high-performance recruitment team has established a track record for placing high-profile assignments such as board directors, CEOs, managing partners, and other senior management positions across a range of industries.

He is committed to understanding the talent challenges that Novo clients face and offering solutions that drive impact to their teams and organizations.
Natalie Forward – Managing Director
Natalie Forward is the Managing Director and Senior Talent Strategist for Novo Group. Guided by her motivation to solve complex human capital challenges, Natalie is a natural at building relationships with her clients. Natalie has over 20 years of experience designing solutions around workforce planning, talent selection, employee engagement and leadership development. She has guided Novo clients in navigating and executing modern recruitment strategies that have supported explosive growth and increased revenue and profitability.
Before joining Novo in 2015, Natalie led recruitment teams and sales teams and served as a high-performing individual contributor across multiple industries. The basic principle underscoring all her work is solving business problems by leveraging every organization’s greatest asset–their people.
Stephanie Benesh – Practice Leader, Talent Effectiveness | Talent Insights Center
Stephanie Benesh is the Practice Leader of Novo Group’s Talent Effectiveness area. Drawing on 20 years of leadership experience, she works meticulously to understand an organizations’ needs and strategically match them with the right coach or facilitator. Novo’s Talent Effectiveness team works with clients to develop specific leadership programs and coaching solutions rather than using a prescriptive methodology. Stephanie also leads Novo’s Talent Insights Center within the Talent Effectiveness practice. The Talent Insights team maintains certifications in numerous Level B behavioral assessments and partners seamlessly with Novo recruiters and clients to hire and develop top talent.
