Throughout his professional career, Mike has helped clients navigate every aspect of the Talent Acquisition process. Leading the charge as a former head of Talent Acquisition, for some of the world's most recognized companies in Retail, Pharma, Biotech, Supply Chain and Banking, he has personally hired over 7,000 professionals. Among the many awards he has achieved, he was honored and recognized by LinkedIn as a Top 100 Talent Professional for his work in Talent Acquisition & Talent Management.
Prior to joining Novo Group, Inc., Mike has held leadership positions at Standout Career Services, VIP Mortgage, Inc., Dohmen Life Science Services, Waterstone Mortgage Corporation and MRI Sales Consultants. In these roles, he had the privilege of collaborating with companies and clients to advance their organizational and professional agendas respectively, via practical talent solutions and strategies to deliver lasting positive impacts.

Her deep human capital expertise, her mix of consulting and functional experience, as well as her proven record of building long-term business relationships will complement and enhance Novo’s ability to meet the needs of our clients as we continue to provide quality, next-generation solutions to the marketplace.
