A multi-million dollar management consulting corporation was struggling to find fresh talent at the account executive level. They were scaling up every single market, had received investment funding to grow their account executive team, and needed to show return on that quickly. With only a small recruitment team based in Brookfield, the company needed help to generate a high volume of potential candidates. Novo expanded their research and sourcing, so they could uncover every potential sales executive in the market.


Novo’s research team partnered with the client for a set amount of weekly hours over nine months. Our involvement led to an increased pipeline of 2,088 passive candidates across multiple national markets. These newly located passive candidates were then contacted by Novo’s sourcing team, resulting in 564 warm leads ready to actively participate in the recruitment process. Thanks to Novo converting these passive candidates into warm leads, our client’s active pipeline for a hard-to-fill position increased by 27%. When our partnership came to a close, Novo handed of multiple competitive intelligence data points and all candidate research data uncovered while conducting the search.
